Aaron was very helpful to my boyfriend and I. He fixed the motor at my boyfriend’s and then came out to my house the next day to give another estimate. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a few options in different budget ranges to see what would be possible for us. We would 100% recommend to anyone.

Highly skilled troubleshooting and thorough service. I contacted Enterprise Garage Doors after a tripped GFCI outlet the opener was plugged into left me hopelessly locked out of my garage!I contacted two companies - the first company I contacted did not engage in any worthwhile discussion over the phone to try to understand the problem but instead insisted someone needed to come over to see it and provide an in-person estimate. I told them I was locked out there was not much to see, but they insisted nonetheless. When they arrived they briefly looked at the door and said they could only solve the issue by methods that will possibly damage the door and even then they may not be able to get in - and that the cost for the job if they were able to get in would be $$$$, but even if they were unsuccessful there would still be a $$ service charge. I was not impressed with the lack of any real troubleshooting and even less impressed with their insistence on in-person estimate that then translates to a high-pressure yes/no decision with them right there in the driveway. It felt off, so I elected to get a second opinion from another company and I am glad I did.My second call was to Enterprise Garage Doors and Aaron with Enterprise understood my problem right away from a simple phone conversation and was able to provide a ballpark estimate for the repair without wasting my time with in-person estimates followed by a high-pressure sales pitch that the other company was trying to pursue. Instead, Aaron arrived on-site ready to tackle the problem, took some time to observe and troubleshoot, and in doing so was able to figure out an alternate way into the garage that did not damage the garage door! I was really impressed with his troubleshooting on this job and being able to solve the problem in the least invasive/damaging way to my home.I strongly recommend Enterprise Garage Door for a local, trustworthy, small business in the East Bay that can get your garage problems solved correctly and at a fair price! Great work.

I don't normally leave reviews but I definitely have to give this company kudos. They came and knocked the job out so effortlessly and efficiently. I was so worried about having to move everything around in my garage, but they came and said not to worry at all and worked around all my junk. Super friendly workers and management called right after the job was completed to make sure we were satisfied. Need help with your garage door. Call these guys!
